Hermes Jesús de la Rosa Luna is a Senior Associate at Villar & Villar Abogados, S.C., since 2021, where he specializes in a wide range of matters related to corporate law, contracts, real estate law, M&A, notarial law, corporate restructurings, estate planning, foreign investment, corporate governance, compliance, money laundering prevention and standardization of legal processes. Mr. de la Rosa has actively represented several companies and foreign investors in the incorporation, sale or acquisition of their interests and businesses in Mexico and also handles corporate governance, contracts and other related matters. In addition, Mr. de la Rosa provides advice on all aspects of corporate law related to the incorporation, operation and maintenance of Mexican companies, of domestic or foreign clients, operating in various sectors and industries in Mexico, including the advice, drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of commercial contracts.

Hermes Jesús de la Rosa Luna is a graduate of the Universidad Marista in San Luis Potosí. He has taken several courses related to legal English, electronic contracts, notarial law, foreign investment, personal data management, money laundering prevention, compliance and human rights. He has authored and co-authored several articles, publications and magazines, and has participated in multiple interviews, forums and podcasts.

He is an active member and advisor of several NGOs dedicated to raise awareness about the rights of people with neurodevelopmental disorders, with disabilities or in vulnerable situations.

Currently, he is an advisor and legal representative in Mexico for several companies belonging to the Samsung Group, the Mitsubishi Group, as well as different companies in the Automotive, Real Estate and Aerospace sectors.
