Eduardo Leal Sánchez joined the Firm in 2016, where he specializes in the area of Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation, providing legal advice and representation to national and international companies in various legal proceedings, making legal diagnoses and legal strategies for the resolution of their conflicts.

Lawyer by the Law School of the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, Graduate of the Specialty in Private Law of the Graduate Area of the Law School of the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, Graduate of the Master's Degree in Law with Emphasis in Oral Trials of the Universidad Mondragón and Student of the Master's Degree in Law of the Graduate Area of the Law School of the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro. Mr. Leal began his professional practice as a public offiical at the Supreme Court of Justice of the State of Querétaro, from 2007 to 2012, where he worked as a Court Clerk, Court Assistant, Public Attention Secretary, Court Technical Assistant and finally as Resolutions Secretary. From 2012 to 2016 he worked as a public official within the Government of the State of Queretaro, where he held positions of advisor and legal analyst.

Currently, he is an advisor to several national and international companies, including Conservas La Costeña, S.A. de C.V., different companies of the Samsung Group, such as Samsung Electronics Digital Appliances Mexico, S.A. de C.V., Samsung SDS Mexico, S.A. de C.V., QSSC, S.A. de C.V., a subsidiary of Samsung C&T America, Inc. among others.

At the same time, he has participated in radio programs and has been a lecturer in several universities, providing refresher courses and training to several companies in Civil, Commercial and Family Law.
